Georgia Grew A Couple

Governor Sonny Perdue and the Georgia State Legislature have decided to move forward. Since our federal government cannot do their jobs, the Georgia State Legislature has decided to take action by passing a law called the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act which denies many state services paid for by taxpayers to people who are in the United States illegally. State contractors now have to verify the legal status of new workers and it also requires police to notify immigration officials if people charged with crimes are illegal immigrants.

To Governor Perdue and the Georgia State Legislature, I give you the coveted "Peaches" award.

You've definitely got 'em. Too bad all governors across this nation do not.

Please call my governor, Rick Perry, and explain to him why Texas needs to do the same thing. I know the Liberals will run to another state again, but this time, we'll vote for them in absentia and when we close the borders, we'll close the whole Texas border and they can take up residence somewhere else. Perhaps a trip south would do them good. I hear Mexico is looking for people.
